☐  January: Add a “See us at IBIE” signature  for your outgoing email.

☐  January: Use IBIE logos and your booth number in company ads and promotional literature.

☐  February: Exhibit at other industry trade events in the U.S. or abroad? Request a ‘see us at IBIE’ table tent and other marketing collateral to share with customers and prospective customers at your booth.

☐  March: Incorporate social media into your IBIE marketing plan. Be sure to leverage the IBIE social communities by joining and posting product information and updates, including Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter and Google+.

☐  March: Place a banner ad or the IBIE Countdown Widget to your web site promoting your presence at the event.

☐  May: Advertise in the Official Show Directory. Buyers will use the directory onsite and as a resource until IBIE 2016.

☐  June: Customize and mail postcard invitations to customers, prospective customers and key industry professionals.

☐  July: Update your directory listing. (Exhibitors will be emailed information to update their descriptions.)

☐  July: Send electronic buyer invitations to customers, and those you want as customers. Send as is, or customize with your unique message, including new product launches, giveaways, demonstrations, etc. that will be featured at your booth.

☐  August: Send press releases to industry publications highlighting new products or services you’ll be exhibiting at the show. Email Samantha@marketingdesigngroup.com to order a free media list.

ONSITE: place information kits in the press room for editor review.

POST-SHOW: Send follow up materials to attendees and product information to editors who attend the show.
