After a huge and successful event in 2010 that saw an impressive 40% increase in attendance, the Baking Expo™ (IBIE) is setting its sights on even greater participation in 2013, with aggressive marketing to international buyers and professionals in lucrative ancillary industry segments.
The triennial show gives all segments of the market a platform for showcasing the latest baking technology and exploring complete equipment, ingredient, supply and business solutions. Convening once again in Las Vegas, the 500,000 net sq. ft. event is expected to bring the entire professional baking community together in record numbers, connecting an anticipated 800 exhibiting companies with more than 20,000 baking professionals for four days of business-building interaction.
The Baking Expo™, sponsored by the American Bakers Association (ABA) and the Baking Industry Suppliers Association (BEMA), is recognized worldwide as the grain-based industry’s largest, most comprehensive event, a “working show,” where millions of dollars of business is conducted daily.
